The consultation is undertaken on behalf of Pittsburgh Holding Limited for the following development;
Refurbishment/Extension to existing commercial premise and conversion of office space (Class B1) and extension to create 10 residential apartments (Class C3) with associated engineering works at 47 - 48 St Mary Street, Cardiff CF10 1AT.
